Beach relaxation tips...even the thought brings up thoughts of peace and wonder...leaving your cares and worries behind. Ahhhh... Sometimes you don't want to run around, or "do" stuff. Sometimes you just want to kick back and relax. Here are some tips to help you enjoy this activity to the max. What to bring Even when you do nothing, or close to nothing, you want to do this in comfort. Bring along a nice blanket to put on the sand. This will not only keep the sand off your body, it can cool you from the scorching effect of hot sand. A nice beach umbrella is nice...the sun can be very harsh, especially in mid-day. Sun screen and sun glasses are a must. Don't forget your favorite beverage to cool off. Top it off with a nice book, a portable radio, or an iPod, and you are all set. Clear Your Mind The beach is a perfect place to enjoy nature and let your body rejuvenate. Don't spoil the setting by bringing your cares and worries along with you. Whenever a stressful or worrysome thought comes to mind, tell yourself, "There is time to think about this later". Now is the time to sit back, relax, and enjoy.
